In addition to its large event space, the Rogers Convention Center offers five ballrooms, eight salons, and two boardrooms for smaller events, but for even more small meeting venue options, the connected Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas Hotel, Spa & Convention Center offers numerous event spaces ideal for smaller banquets, corporate meetings, and private gatherings.

The Rogers Convention Center offers an array of amenities, such as pre-function and registration areas, in-floor power panels every 30 feet, a full-service business center, complete rigging grid, in-house Bose sound system, programmable lighting system and spotlights, ceiling-mounted remote projection with 20-foot screens, and wireless A/V and lighting controls. The Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas and the Rogers Convention Center are all managed and owned together, which makes it easy working with one contract, sales, and services team.

Hotels Near Rogers Convention Center

Embassy Suites & Rogers Convention Center anchors the campus, directly connected to the meeting space. Hotel AVAIL, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property with 168 rooms and 8,000 square feet of event space, sits within walking distance. Hotel Vin, a Marriott Autograph Collection property with 125 rooms, 12,000 square feet of event space, a rooftop bar, and an outdoor pool, opened in the same connected campus. Three properties, one walkable footprint, no shuttle required. The Aloft, Courtyard by Marriott, Staybridge Suites, and Hyatt House are nearby as well.

The Rogers Convention Center is located just 15 minutes from Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), which is served by American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, and Breeze Airways. Roughly 50 daily departures and nearly 30 nonstop destinations, a level of connectivity that outperforms many comparable secondary markets. For groups within driving range, Dallas, Kansas City, St. Louis, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, and Memphis are all close enough to make Rogers a realistic drive-market option. The Convention Center is also conveniently located just off Interstate 49, with ground transportation available for attendees.
