Day 1

Start the weekend with a Happy Hour on Choctaw Plaza at the Walmart AMP with food, drinks, and free live music by local and regional artists. Doors open at 5pm and music starts at 6pm throughout the month of May. Capacity is limited so you will want to plan ahead and reserve a table. Unable to make it in May? The Walmart AMP has concerts scheduled throughout the summer ending in October.

Day 2

Morning

Start your day with a hearty, local breakfast, or brunch at Java Dudes Coffee Company, where you can fuel up with fresh baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, mimosas, smoothies, locally roasted coffee, and other not so coffee drinks but still locally sourced. Then get active with 37 North Expeditions on an expert-guided hike or custom yoga adventure. Prefer playing in the water instead of a yoga mat? Rent a kayak, stand up paddle board, or jet ski from Beaver Lake Outdoor Center or SUP outfitters.

Midday

After an adventurous morning, freshen up and head over to downtown Rogers for a unique and small-town big city unique experience. Enjoy classic Cuban fare and mojitos at Havana Tropical Grill or a hip setting with wings, craft beers, and pies at The Rail – A Pizza Company. Then take a walk alongside the brick streets where you can explore vintage items, handmade and locally sourced finds, jewelry, and artisanal finds. Sign up ahead of time for a cooking class at Honeycomb Kitchen Shop or take your time admiring the art galleries and murals along the brick streets.

Evening

Ready to rest? Unwind with European Lagers and great views at Natural State Beer Company (NSBC) sitting on the edge of a small lake in Village on the Creeks. Order food from Dot’s Nashville Hot Chicken, a food truck sitting just outside the brewery’s front door and hop back inside NSBC to get tableside service. The menu includes spicy hot chicken (no worries there’s 5 spice levels), a salad, and refreshing sides like slaw and potatoes. We recommend the bacon & blue potato salad, its the perfect side to off balance the heat of the chicken. Next, get competitive and book a bay at Topgolf sitting over the views in uptown Rogers then head to a night of live music at one of these hotspots!

Day 3

Recover from your late night out with the girls at an all-day Italian café for a famous weekend brunch at Mirabella’s Table. Enjoy unlimited access to all your brunch favorites made to order for the table, a mimosa and bloody mary station, and an airy patio. Wrap up the weekend getaway by indulging in some spa pampering or shopping at Pinnacle Hills Promenade and surrounding districts for an unforgettable souvenir.

The DTR Market (downtown Rogers farmers market) runs each Saturday from May to October 8am to 1pm at the Frisco Plaza at the new Railyard Park with over 40 local growers, bakers, makers, crafters, and live music.
