Why Rogers is a
Shopping Mecca
Whether you want to shop local or need the goods found in a big box store or popular chain, Rogers is your shopping mecca in Northwest Arkansas.
Want to buy some pie? Head to Fork and Crust. Have a hunter or angler in the family? Stock up on items at Cabela’s. Have a friend that would love to receive bicycle-themed dish towels as a gift? Find them at Honeycomb Kitchen Shop. Have a bare wall? Ed Cooley Gallery has something you can hang. Training for a half marathon? Rush Running and Academy Sports have your shoe size. Looking for a little sparkle? Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry is brilliant.
Start shopping in Rogers’ historic downtown district, where you’ll find eight square blocks of preserved brick streets and storefronts (though downtown as a whole encompasses about 48 square blocks). It’s the premier stomping ground for hitting a variety of unique local shops—everything from high-quality cooking and kitchen supplies to tie-dye to handbags and clothing to antiques and fine art. Just visit Main Street Rogers for a list of shops, many of which are locally owned.
You’ll even find fun items at attractions such as Daisy Airgun Museum — BBs, BB guns, and targets to a full line of archery products. Near downtown is another Rogers treasure – the House of Webster. Established in 1934, House of Webster continues to produce the highest quality jams, jellies, preserves, fruit spreads, fruit butters, relishes, salsas, mustards, syrups, barbecue sauces, and pickled products along with great gift baskets.
While downtown Rogers has long been a thriving commerce area, numerous shopping opportunities have certainly spread to other parts of the city: Cabela’s, Frisco Station Mall, Pinnacle Hills Promenade North, Pinnacle Hills Promenade South, Scottsdale Center, Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills, and Village on the Creeks. Here you’ll find big brands you know and love, such as Belk, White House Black Market, Best Buy, Charming Charlie, I.O. Metro, Pottery Barn, Dillard’s, and so much more.
All of these locations are easily accessible from Interstate 49. Also along this corridor is A.G. Russell Knives, founded more than 50 years ago.
There’s no doubt: The variety and number of shops as well as the ease of travel between them makes Rogers a true mecca for shoppers.
