Chūō Izakaya, meaning “center tavern,” is built around connection. Inspired by the Executive Chef’s life in Kobe, it brings the spirit of the modern Japanese izakaya to the heart of Northwest Arkansas.

Our menu centers on otsumami—Japanese small bites made for sharing. Each dish is crafted with seasonal ingredients and designed to spark conversation, connection, and celebration.
