A&P Commission

Effective September 1, 2017, the City of Rogers levies a 3% hotel tax upon the gross receipts or gross proceeds from renting, leasing or otherwise furnishing of hotel, motel or short term condominium rental accommodations for sleeping, meeting or party room facilities for profit within the city, not to include the rental or lease of such accommodations for periods of thirty days or more.

3% City of Rogers Lodging Tax
2% City of Rogers Sales Tax & 1% Benton County Tax
6.5% State of Arkansas Sales Tax & 2% Parks & Tourism Tax

A&P Commission Meetings

The Rogers A&P Commission meets the second Wednesday of every month at 4 pm at the City hall.

ORD. #99-61 (passed 9/28/99) – 7 members: 4 members shall be owners or managers in the tourism industry, at least 3 of whom shall be owners or managers of hotels or motels and all of whom shall be Benton County residents; 2 members shall be members of the Rogers City Council; and 1 member shall be from the public at large. 4-year staggered terms.
