11th Annual Frisco Inferno Barbecue Competition

Returns as Official BBQ Event of Bikes, Blues & BBQ

The Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers is proud to present the 11th Annual
Frisco Inferno Barbecue Competition and Tasting, the official BBQ event of Bikes, Blues &
BBQ, on Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, 2026, on Poplar Street in Downtown
Rogers.

This signature ticketed event brings pitmasters, motorcycle enthusiasts, families, and barbecue
lovers together in the heart of the Bikes, Blues & BBQ rally. Conveniently located near the
Butterfield Stage and Railyard Park entertainment area, Frisco Inferno invites the community to
sample outstanding smoked meats, cast votes for People’s Choice awards, and support local
service projects.

Event Schedule

• Friday, October 2, 6:00–8:00 p.m.: Sauce Competition. Guests can purchase plates of
  five 1-inch sausage slices for $5 to taste competing teams’ sauces and vote for the
  People’s Choice Best Sauce Award. Multiple plates may be purchased.
• Saturday, October 3, 12:30–3:00 p.m.: Main Competition and Tasting. Attendees
  sample 1-ounce portions of pork and chicken from competing teams and vote for
  People’s Choice Awards in both categories. Judges’ Choice Awards will also be
  determined. Tasting tickets are $10 per pack (five samples) and include voting tickets;
  multiple packs may be purchased. Tickets are available online at friscoinferno.com or
  onsite at the event entrance.
•  Friday, October 2nd, 12pm-Saturday, October 3rd, 6pm: Event attendees may
  purchase pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich meals prepared onsite by the pitmasters
  of the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers. Sales will continue while supplies last!

Teams of corporate groups, backyard experts, and restaurant owners compete for cash prizes and
trophies. Entry is $300 per team and includes provided pork butts and chicken quarters plus two
complimentary event tickets. Judges’ Choice awards in each meat category offer $1,000 for first
place, $500 for second, and $250 for third, along with People’s Choice and Best Sauce honors.

Frisco Inferno is the primary fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers. Proceeds
support local projects such as trail cleanups, dictionary donations to elementary students, book
donations to the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter, and grants to area nonprofits, as well as
national and international efforts including wheelchair distribution and polio eradication.

way for our community to come together around great barbecue while supporting meaningful
