Cooking Class – Gnocchi Made Easy

Come celebrate the art of fresh Italian cooking with Chef Justin Hall in the HKS Kitchen. In this hands-on class, cooks of all skill levels will build essential skills for making knock-out gnocchi they can serve up again and again. As class begins, Chef will welcome you with an appetizer of Zeppole with Anglaise, a delightful combination of light, golden fried dough and silky crème anglaise. Then you’ll learn the techniques behind making Gnocchi Dough from Scratch for perfectly tender, pillowy bites. To finish your dish, you’ll prepare a Fresh Walnut Pesto that combines toasted walnuts, fresh herbs, and savory flavors into a versatile sauce to complement your fresh-made gnocchi. MEET THE CHEF

Justin Hall is a Northwest Arkansas chef originally from the Bay Area. His passion for food was ignited while working at a few local favorites. Throughout a couple of family relocations, he got to be a part of the Kansas City and Northern California food scenes as well. He loves using cooking as an avenue to connection and learning about other cultures.

Justin enjoys making his own hot sauces using a variety of unique ingredients and plans to launch his own hot sauce company this year!
