Fishing 101 Workshop

It’s Arkansas Free Fishing Weekend and no permits are required.
Both kids and adults are welcome to join our park interpreters and spend the morning fishing
along the banks of Beaver Lake in this hands–on workshop. Learn the basics of fishing
including how to rig a pole, select bait, and identify fish. Bring your own gear or use some of
ours. Bring a chair if you like. This program may be cancelled if severe weather is forecast.
