Quiche Club Cooking Class

Quiche anyone? Meet Kristin back in the HKS Kitchen for another quiche class that brings classic favorites and fresh seasonal flavors together for one delightful evening. You’ll begin your evening with an appetizer of savory pie crust crackers paired with a creamy and flavorful herbed cream cheese dip. Then get ready to roll up your sleeves to create rich, savory Gruyère and sausage mini quiches served alongside a kale salad with nectarines and toasted almonds for a sweet and crunchy contrast. To finish, indulge in a light yet decadent strawberry cheesecake parfait packed with fresh berries and a creamy filling—an elegant end to a deliciously well-rounded menu. This menu offers a little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of yum! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Kristin is a recent newcomer to Arkansas, having spent most of her life in Southern California. She has always had a deep passion for cooking but only recently discovered that she could blend this love with her artistic creativity. In 2023, Kristin took a leap of faith and launched her home-based cottage bakery, Kristin’s Kitchen. Since then, she has been thriving, selling her creations at local farmers markets and collaborating with other small businesses in the area. Kristin is excited to continue sharing her passion and culinary skills with the community, and she’s thrilled to be partnering with HKS!
