If you need to coordinate a lunchtime gathering or are planning to make a weekend retreat for a conference, Rogers, AR is ready and waiting. Below are fun and unique off-site venues to spice up your next meeting, tradeshow, convention, or event.

Walmart AMP

Built in 2014, the Walmart AMP has hosted some of the biggest acts in the country. A $14 million expansion was completed in June 2020. Larger groups, up to 12,000, may rent the entire facility for a private event. The new covered plaza at the top of the lawn, which adds 15,000 square feet of flexible viewing and event space for groups, is available to rent for groups not wishing to rent the whole facility. Located half a mile from the Embassy Suites and Convention Center, the Walmart AMP is perfect for an intimate indoor-outdoor reception where a local Rogers singer/songwriter could be featured.

Topgolf

Located half a mile from the Embassy Suites and convention center, Topgolf opened in Summer 2020. Topgolf offers several flexible spaces to accommodate a variety of group sizes throughout the venue. With options of a full venue buyout to the outdoor patio, skybox lounge, or rooftop terrace, Topgolf is a great choice for an off-site event for groups of all sizes. Topgolf offers packages that includes game play, food and beverage, and additional add-ons that will make your event stand out for your guests.

Fox Trail Distillery

Take a tour to learn about the process, history, and philosophy of Fox Trail Distillery. Leave with a deeper understanding of the charm and complexity of how to distill, age, and bottle small-batch spirits. Partial rentals of the facility up to 80 guests and full rentals up to 150 guests.

Northgate Event Center

Home of CSCMP Supply Chain Hall of Fame located at the top of the Kellogg’s building. Features a large patio, exhibits, and beautiful views of Pinnacle Hills district. Can fit 108 guests indoors and 186 guests on the patio.

Blue Zoo Aquarium

Blue Zoo is an interactive aquarium with hands on learning and fun. Touch and feed stingrays, birds and reptiles, see sharks, jellyfish, octopus, clownfish, angelfish, and touch starfish, for starters! They also have live mermaid and pirate shows and interactive play areas. The aquarium can hold 40 people. 

Rendezvous Junction Brewing Co.

Your local Rogers neighborhood brewery, Rendezvous Junction Brewing Co., is located across the street from the Pinnacle Hills Promenade mall. The brewery “brings taste & buds together” to create craft beer with over 17 beers on tap year-round as well as seasonals, sours, wild ales, and funky brews. The venue can accommodate around 200 guests for a private event with a full venue buyout available. Two-story venue with ADA access to second floor.

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

After a $1.2 billion investment from the Walton Family Foundation, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art opened in 2011. Attracting visitors from all over the world, the museum has become a hot spot for art enthusiasts. Crystal Bridges features a full restaurant, miles of outdoor sculpture trails, the Frank Lloyd Wright Backman-Wilson House, and a variety of private event space. The museum is free to the public and there are docents available for guided tours. From 15 to 1000, Crystal Bridges has a variety of spaces that can host your event or meeting. 

The Momentary

The Momentary is a new contemporary art space satellite to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in downtown Bentonville built in the former Kraft Foods plant. The venue opened in 2020 and is a hub for visual arts, performing arts, and has an artist-in-residency program. The Momentary has multiple indoor theater spaces and an outdoor amphitheater available to rent for private events. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces that can fit 20 to 4000 people.

Beer Tour NWA

Craft beer enthusiasts will find plenty to love in Rogers’ booming beer scene. From innovative microbreweries to flavor-focused taverns to restaurants offering a lineup of their own brews, take your pick from delicious drinks throughout Northwest Arkansas. With over 12 breweries in Northwest Arkansas, there’s something for everyone.

JJ’s Live

JJ’s Live is a 2,500 person capacity Live Music and Event space. They have had artists such as Ice Cube, Bowling for Soup, Waka Flocka Flame, Oliver Tree, Old Crow Medicine Show, Blue Oyster Cult, Chase Rice, and 311. Equipped with a pickleball court, kitchen, 17ftx10ft video wall and tv’s sprinkled throughout, this space is perfect for just about any event you would want to host here. The venue has a 2000+ capacity. 

NWA Naturals – Arvest Ballpark

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are a Double A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. They play at Arvest Ballpark, in Springdale, just down the road from Rogers. The season runs from April to September each year and they offer a variety of affordable group ticketing packages. For group events, check out the Quadrivium Home Plate Party Deck, an exclusive picnic table area located directly behind home plate for 30-100 people which provides some of the best seats in the house. There’s also the Bud Light Home Run Porch, located behind the left field fence at Arvest Ballpark featuring flexible picnic-style seating for groups of 50 to 1,500. The venue also includes suite rentals with flexible packages available for different groups.

K1 Speed

K1 Speed is an indoor go kart racetrack with 20-horsepower electric adult go karts that can reach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour – the fastest in the industry. The Junior karts can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. All of the go-karts at K1 Speed are 100% electric. This means faster acceleration and no noxious fumes – a win-win situation! The racetrack will be open soon. 

Walton Arts Center

On stage at Walton Arts Center (WAC) audiences enjoy a diverse array of art experiences, the likes of which are typically only found in major U.S. cities. The WAC has multiple spaces available for groups such as:

  • Walker Atrium & Pace Balcony – 500 theater | 300 banquet | 600 reception 
  • Baum Walker Hall – 1,201 guests
  • Sudduth Garden Room & Bradberry Amphitheater
    • Indoor: 50 seated | 75 reception | 50 theater
    • Outdoor & Indoor: 300 reception | 250 seated
  • Starr Theater – 270 retractable seating | 250 banquet | 400 reception
  • McBride Studio – 60 seated | 75 reception | 75 theater

George’s Majestic Lounge

George’s Majestic Lounge is the oldest and longest running live music venue in NWA. Book a local music act for an evening event. George’s is best known for the incredible musicians that have graced their stages, bringing the best in local, regional, and national acts. Some artists of note that have performed at Georges through the years include Robert Cray, Leon Russell, Little River Band, Delbert McClinton, Eddie Money, Pat Green, Derek Trucks, Coco Montoya, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Jason Boland, Dark Star Orchestra, Ben Rector, North Mississippi Allstars, Fitz and the Tantrums, Randy Rogers Band, Luke Combs, Band of Horses, and so many more. The full capacity of the venue is 700.

Arkansas Air & Military Museum

The Arkansas Air & Military Museum works to establish and maintain a museum for the public display of aircraft, aviation artifacts and military memorabilia from the earliest period to the present with special attention to items related to the state of Arkansas. The museum features exhibits on aviation in Arkansas and military conflicts. There is a 400-guest maximum for events.
