Extensive Development in 2026 & Beyond
Rogers is thriving with fresh development, and there seems to be a new project announced each day. There are countless businesses popping up throughout our bustling community, including new office buildings and restaurants.
In the next few years Rogers will surpass the $3 billion mark of development in the Pinnacle uptown area over the past 15 years. Welcome to one of the fastest-growing places in the nation, offering world-class meeting amenities, dynamic intellectual capital and access to innovative industry leaders, from Tyson Foods and J.B. Hunt Transport to Walmart.
Uptown Rogers

Pinnacle Hills Promenade Mall features more than 100 shops and nearly 20 restaurants, with newer tenants such as Blue Zoo Aquarium and Texas de Brazil. It also includes entertainment such as Dave and Buster’s along with popular eateries Big Orange and Local Lime and new western wear apparel shop Tecovas.
The City of Rogers has improved connectivity from one side of Interstate 49 to the other with three overpasses, including one south of Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas Hotel, Spa & Convention Center, our premier meeting and conference center that offers meeting space for groups of all sizes. The overpasses include wide paths to accommodate cyclists and pedestrians crossing the interstate. The uptown overpass gives attendees an easy walk to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
In 2026, 125 room Hotel Vin Marriott Autograph with 12,000 square feet of event space, rooftop bar, and outdoor pool, will open. This hotel will serve as an easy overflow option within walking distance to the Rogers Convention Center.

While getting to and from Rogers is becoming more convenient, development inside the city is growing just as quickly. Pinnacle Heights is a high-end multi-family apartment complex with 296 units and 26,000 square feet of retail amenities on the bottom floor. Pinnacle Heights Apartments offers modern residential living near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Residents are within walking distance of restaurants such as Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Un Deux Trois.
Hachem Investments has developed a building called “One Uptown“. The 2-acre site at the intersection of south Champions Boulevard and west Pauline Whitaker Parkway is a new three-story, mixed-use property in 69,000 square feet designed by Robert Ehardt. It consists of Heroes Coffee, office tenants, parking deck, and rooftop restaurants Loma and Melting Pot.
Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners also has big plans for uptown Rogers. A 27-acre field next to Hunt Tower will eventually be developed into 1 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate called “Pinnacle Village” valued at more than $150 million. It will create walkable, urban spaces for both residents and visitors to enjoy. Pedestrian-friendly destinations have been a major focus for recent developments in Rogers.
The District at Pinnacle Hills is a mixed-use development from Whisinvest Realty that will include approximately 92,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 100,000 square feet of office above the retail. A multi-story residential community and a boutique hotel is also planned for the development.
A new Whole Foods Market opened at The Summit in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers. The 39,500-square-foot store features natural and organic groceries, prepared foods, and highlights more than 120 local and regional products. The Summit blends shopping, dining, and residential living within the development and creates convenient access to the surrounding Pinnacle Hills area.
Within The Summit, visitors, residents and locals can enjoy dining options like Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and PJ’s Coffee. Additional nearby restaurants such as Olive Garden provide even more dining options while exploring the Pinnacle Hills shopping and entertainment district.
The Walmart AMP completed a $13.9 million expansion and features a state-of-the-art facility perfect for company outings and events including the new Choctaw Plaza, and TopGolf continues to be a top Rogers destination. The opportunities here are endless.
Located in the heart of Pinnacle Hills, Northgate Plaza I & II led the charge in Class A office space and offer many tenant amenities such as a cafe, communal and private balconies, and a parking deck which features a fitness center on the ground level and a 2,500 square foot event center on the roof with both indoor and outdoor entertaining and meeting areas. The newest building underway is The Visionary which includes a dog park, an event space, pickleball court, and more! In this area of Uptown in these buildings and others is quite the impressive roster of businesses. Kellogg’s, General Mills, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Mattell, Hormel Foods, PepsiCo, Delmonte, and many more have an office in this area.

Rogers also offers group activities and attractions within a short drive, such as exploring a cave at War Eagle Cavern, hiking at Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area, learning local history at Daisy Airgun Museum, and much more.
Downtown Rogers
The Victory Theater, a nearly 100-year-old venue in downtown Rogers, is currently undergoing renovation and is scheduled to reopen in May 2026. Home to Arkansas Public Theatre, the space will feature a six-show season, film festivals including the Rogers Short Film Festival, and plans to host regional and touring music acts.

Planned to open in Spring 2027, Olive Street Park in Rogers, Arkansas will feature playgrounds for all abilities, basketball, pickleball, multi-use courts, shaded gathering spaces, and public art centered on a historic brick lift station, making it a premier destination for family-friendly parks and outdoor recreation in Rogers.
The Poplar Street Bike Path Project will enhance trail connectivity and active transportation options by linking neighborhoods to existing paths, providing residents and visitors with improved opportunities for biking, walking, and outdoor recreation. Construction on the final phase is expected to be complete by mid-2026.
New to downtown Rogers is the Railyard Park . The renovated park features a Water Stop splash pad, Play Yard for the kids, picnic tables, benches, shade structures, and is located in the heart of downtown Rogers near many shops and restaurants. The park also has The Butterfield Stage programmed with music and events throughout the year.

Northwest Park is being fully restored and is scheduled to reopen in 2026 with upgraded sports fields, walking tracks, lighting, and park buildings. The park features baseball, softball, and multi-use fields for youth sports, along with recreational spaces for families, making it a premier destination for outdoor recreation and community activities in Rogers, Arkansas.
